Swearing during sex: Do you swear at your lover during the throughs of passion?
I did a poll on Twitter (see below) asking if during sex you swore at your lover. I was kinda surprised at the number that said no. Not that everyone swears at their partner during sex or swears in general but I figured for the people I know and follow my Twitter (which if you’re on Twitter why aren’t you following me?!? hehe) that it wouldn’t be that high. But it was over 25%.
One of the reasons I came up with this poll is because of a story I’m writing. It’s one I’ve been working on a while. That’s nearly done. It started out with the intention of being a flash piece and has worked it’s way into a short story. A slow process but I’m getting there. In the story the two lovers get to bed and as they’re’ making love things get intense, actually they pretty much start intense. lol And in that heat they swear at each other.
Swearing is rather prevalent in my stories, which again why are you not reading them?? And in particular they swear at their lover as in Fuck me or something along those lines. For one it is a way to express desire and also it is a fairly common thing but again not universal. Is it something you do? I do. It ramps up the excitement and it shows passion, something I really enjoy during sex.
