Bloom
Open petals to morning light,
Rosebud’s spreading,
Peaches before the fruit.
Show me all your pretty.
Smile big, all attraction;
Bring the buzzers to your center.
Blooming garden
Full of fragrance
Floating on the springtime breeze.
The scent lingers
Just a while.
Bloom
This is for a dVerse prompt: Write a quadrille (a poem of EXACTLY 44 words, not including the title) AND include the word “bloom” or a form of the word within the body of the poem. I hope you enjoy! 😊
Spring is definitely in the air! Lovely.

Stuart, I really like “floating on the springtime breeze,” because it makes the garden feel soft and alive 🌸

Thanks David! A garden should feel alive I think. Though not all is soft but that makes the beauty even more beautiful. 😊

We had to cut down our vine that attracted the big buzzers. A shame really but it was out of control. A nice celebration Stew 👏

Thanks Shaun. Hopefully you have some smaller less buzzer attracting blooms around. 😊
